Pizza stone is dishwasher safe. Before using your pizza stone, wash in warm water and mild detergent. Do not submerge in water or leave to soak. Do not scour and do not cool the surface using cold water. Air dry or towel dry. Hand wash wooden pizza cutter with warm water and mild detergent. Towel dry immediately. To prevent wood from warping and cracking, do not submerge in water. Not dishwasher safe. Surface wash acacia pedestal with a damp cloth only. Hand dry with towel. Periodically wipe the wood surfaces with food grade mineral oil to help prevent cracking.CAUTION: Always use heavy-duty oven mitts when handling a hot pizza stone. Do not heat in excess of 450°F in the oven or 600°F on the grill.
