Seller Terms and Conditions:
Sellers are required to be able to ship within the USA (lower 48 only).
Sellers should be able to ship a product within 1-2 business days after the order is received, and customers can expect goods to arrive within 3-7 business days from the order date. Sellers can set their own sellers shipping policy within our platform however it is suggested that the terms and conditions set forth in Mad Jack Outdoor, shipping, returns and terms and conditions be used as a minimum service obligation for selling on MadJackOutdoor.com.
Seller are required to upload a shipping policy into our platform when an account is created.
Please note that Mad Jack Outdoor and its sellers may opt not to ship to PO Boxes. We may reject, or in some cases cancel orders, if it is being shipped to a PO Box.
Types of claims from customers:
Claims and Return of Goods
Sellers will honor claims and accept buyer’s remorse returns for a 30 day period and for specific reasons as set forth herein.
Types of Claims
Not received- Claims for products billed but not received are subject to review and verification by Sellers Inventory Control department.
Mis-Picks - Claims for wrong product shipped are to subject to review by Sellers Inventory Control department. The UPC number from the item received is required. Sellers will notify Customer if a UPS call tag will be issued for the wrong item(s) received for return shipment at Sellers expense.
Buyer’s Remorse - Returns due to buyer’s remorse (where customer changes his/her mind) are to be issued an Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) approval number and instructions upon receipt of request to seller. Instructions on how to return will be sent with the RMA number to firstname.lastname@example.org no more than 2 working days after receipt of RMA request.
Undelivered Packages – Seller will issue a refund for lost in transit shipments that are not delivered to the final destination. Seller will not issue a refund for packages where a delivery confirmation has been received from the shipping carrier. Seller does not utilize Signature Delivery service option. A package may be declared lost in transit if tracking shows no movement after 5 business days.
Damaged Claims – All damage claims must be accompanied by digital photograph and details describing the damage.
Manufacturer Defects – Seller will issue a refund for a defect claim such as a missing safety seal or no label. Quality complaints due to taste, touch or smell should be reported to the manufacturer for a warranty claim.
Product Image Not Matching Product - Seller is responsible for new product labeling where the image in the product feed or market portal is not the exact version the consumer receives. If the UPC number is kept the same then no significant changes to the product have been made and no claim will be honored.

This website and marketplace is operated by Mad Jack Outdoor. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mad Jack Outdoor. Mad Jack Outdoor offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, or selling goods through our marketplace you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc and is an Advance Shopify and Marketplace platform.
1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). All sellers are also subject to our terms and conditions stipulated here and in our site terms and conditions
2 – Keeping seller listing current
It is the responsibility of the seller to maintain their listing information, this include inventory, imagery, UPC codes etc
3 – Seller Payments
For sellers using our Marketplace, payment will be processed once a week. Sellers are responsible for accurately inputting their Paypal payment detail or account detail in our marketplace.
4 – Order fulfillment
It is the responsibility of the seller to fulfill an order received via MJO marketplace within the specified shipping and handling time set forth in our or sellers shipping policy. Sellers also need to ensure that the correct tracking number are added to ensure payment for goods sold.
5 – Fraud management
Fraud is managed by Mad Jack Outdoor, we have fraud protection via Shopify, Paypal and use a third party fraud protection company to protect us and our sellers from online fraud. When fraud is detected on a order, MJO reserve the right to cancel the order without notice. Seller will receive a order cancellation notice.
6 – No external links in listing
No external links are allowed in listing pages, Mad Jack Outdoor reserves that right to delete and externally link in listing pages. Violation of this policy may lead to seller being band from selling on MJO.
7 – Shipping pricing
For sellers using our Marketplace, it is the responsibility of the seller to shipping pricing in our marketplace for their product. Sellers can either build in shipping in to the item price, set shipping cost by weight or set shipping cost by price.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- Return Policy - I understand I shall allow up to 30 days for returns and may charge up to 15% restocking fees
- Payment Terms - I understand I shall be paid net 7 from the delivery date via PayPal transfer.
- Drop Shipping - I understand I shall drop ship all orders within 1-3 business, or unless designated.
- Seller Metrics - I understand my account may be subject to suspension or termination if I fail to maintain my minimum performance metrics.
- Seller are required to upload a shipping policy into our platform when an account is created.
